A rare summer sky . . .

The clouds were very thin, leaving the sun showing as a perfect orb. The edges of the cloud were a strange rainbow color.

I adjusted my exposure and aperture to prevent too much blow out in the cloud.

Exposure Time 0.0002s (1/4000)
Aperture f/19.0
ISO 200
Focal Length 80mm (120mm in 35mm)

    What a weird (and wonderful) phenomenon! This looks like a piece of digital art but the cool thing is that it's a natural occurrence. Thanks for sharing thumb.gif
