DSS 34 - New or Original Entry?

So I played with the my original entry some more and a new background layer. Which is better?

Original Version:



New Version A:



New Version B:

I like the original background. The new background seems a little distracting. Although I wonder what it would be like if you were to put the ceiling on top and the floor on the bottom? The way it is now gives the impression that you took a pic of yourself and flipped it (which is probably what you did) but if the floor was at the bottom it would add mystery to how you are hanging from the ceiling. JMO.

The Black BG is fine, but the furniture in the room compliments it well. As would having you on the couch, sitting on the ceiling and with your face upside down~

I agree, the "New Version B" is the one!

Minority opinion: I like the original for two reasons. First, I think the masking is done a little smoother (or you don't notice little nits in the masking), and second I think the dark (sideburns?) looks very much like bad shadows in the new ones.

I like the dark background as well. The picture is strong enough on it's own, and the new backgrounds are distracting to me.

I would like version B better IF it were more carnivally (carnivally is that a real word.....nope sp ck is saying bad word.....well just added it ti my dictionary)......I think that would put in into proper perspective .............jmho

+1 for dark background. - It is strong enough on its own to not need more information, unless that information is needed to complete the story and in this case I do not think it is either needed nor contributes to the story.

I agree. I prefer the dark background. Less is more in this case. Thanks everyone for your input.
