Davidson Glacier, Alaska

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to vacation to Alaska recently, but unfortunately the weather (skies) were not very agreeable. Mostly dull grey skies but managed a few pics here and there.....
Davidson Glacier was quite exciting. We paddled our way to the glacier - a canoe takes you on a voyage of discovery among icebergs to the face of the mighty Davidson Glacier where we got a good upclose look at the enormity of this mighty blue "retreating" :cry glacier.........
