Really busy at work. Shot this for the challenge. Probably no time for a reshoot. What do you think? On theme?

    Colors are amazing. What am I looking at? Is that another shell inside the larger, or the psuedopod of the critter coming out of the shell?

    That's the conch emerging.

    I processed this one a little differently. I only had one exposure, but I duplicated the picture several times, and used Lightroom to set a different exposure level for the different parts of the picture. I think I ended up with a -1, 0, +1, and +2 version. I then merged them in Photomatix.

    It livened it up.

    I will say this...

    I love the colors.

    Not too sure how it will hold up to the theme though. Those first two entries set the bar for the rest of us, I think. Of course, I could be wrong. Great color.
