    Real Nice... Cool roofs to sailboat in 1. Might want to consider hitting a
    higher value / impact BW treatment with that one. Something to play with.
    The neatly selected color of chairs to house color is a
    pleasant setting in pic 2.
    Think it would be way sweet to have a cup of coffee there. Morning, noon,
    or night. Everyday. :D
