Found this online and I could use the beauty dish and grids..Price seems reasonable..
I would use them off camera, but still looks like a decent setup for the price.

One of our strobist members used these at the last shoot. The "universal base" or whatever they call it, is nicely designed. The attachments just snap on the base. Very quick to change out modifiers.
As to the two diffusers, the SB & BD, they are small & therefore produce fairly hard light, even close to your subject.
Personally, I'd get modifiers that do a better job for their intended purposes. But, these are very "portable".
