Site graphics stuck on "processing image"

Hey folks... first post, wish it wasn't a cry for help but c'est la vie. Working on my site, haven't had a problem until last night - trying to upload some graphics for the header. They upload fine, then the site never seems to be able to process them because it just gives me the 'processing image' header. Tried saving the same graphic as a gif, jpg and png and getting the same result.

Is the system finicky about what it processes? We're talking a 20k image here of normal dimensions, shouldn't be a problem...

http://www.projectblue.com/ is the site. Basically I'm trying to replace the current header with a smaller version of itself.

Well Andy that's the gallery I'm trying to upload to... still not taking the picture, though. I just tried uploading again and it's current stuck with the processing thumbnail.

Edit: Looks like it just gave up and deleted the file. The one that is in there is the current header, the new file is a smaller version of that.

your upload log http://www.projectblue.com/homepage/uploadlog.mg says it's trying and failing. Try saving as a jpg and see what's, maybe your gif is corrupt or something?

Just tried a jpg, doesn't work either...

Something seems wrong with your connection - can you upload anything? Try the one-at a time olde faithful uploader, does that work?

Nope... same problem. Was able to upload something else, it just doesn't like these pictures for some reason (is my art that terrible?).

Write our Support Heroes ATTN: Wendee and send ONE header file (jpg).. we'll sort it out.
