how close are you getting to it with the lens? how does it not fly away, or sting you? Sorry for all the trivial questions...

I'm just amazed that you were able to take mulitple pictures without this little bugger buzzing away.

shot about 2 inch from lens, you just have wait untill one settles long enough to shoot. usually after feeding they stay still while cleaning their mouths
