Does anyone know where I can get help for smugmug issues. I have left some posts here but I am not getting a response. Should I be somewhere else?

    If you don't get a response in a reasonable amount of time, add a post to your thread. It can be as simple as a post that says "bump". That will bump your thread back to the top of the forum.

    Please don't post the same question in multiple places as you have with your video question. All that does is make extra work for the helpers here.
