A duck... not in a row

Nothing exotic - just my personal best close-up of a duck, I guess. Taken hand-held in bright sunlight with the 1.7X tele on my V1.

...color of the bill and the detail in the reflection, gives this one a big .
A reeally fine shot. Great colors and details in the shot. It may be a tad too bright but that's really picking the nit.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
it *is* a tad bright.
How's this one?

...I would decrease the brightness on the blue only.
This is a kind of compromise that I'm pretty happy with... I lightened the duck a tad from the last one, but excluded the blue water from the lightening; then selectively darkened the blown-out rear quarter just a tad... it's "picking nits", but sometimes it's these miniscule adjustments that make the difference...
Thanks for your feedback!
