So i entered a local competition (fotofoto gallery in Huntington, NY). They took in over 600 photos they claim. Im not sure how many they actually picked. I submitted 12 photos and this one will be in their gallery for 2 months...

I assume that it is a HDR, right? But, anyway the composition, the colours and the way you managed to "lead" us into the picture is really amazing!

    Yeah its HDR.

I had to stop people from walking real quick, because the boardway was filled... then it was empty and i setup my shot and this couple was about to walk in, so i asked if i could have a moment..

Its HDR... didnt think it'd turn out well because

    1) that part of the dock was moving
    2) the moon was moving (and so were we on earth) and ive never had luck with a moon shot and HDR.. but it worked a bit
