Problem: When I log into my account, I click on any gallery for updating, adding pics..what ever....as soon as the web browser directs me to my gallery some of the option buttons are not available. ""Share" may be there as well as the options for "customer view". I have to click on my link that says CLIENT proofing to RE-fresh it, or go back out to my main page and go back in for my options like TOOLS to be there. I have found that refreshing my web browser works. basically, I have to go into the gallery, out, and go back in. Its really frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem??? :scratch I use internet explorer at home and at work. I can't tell what version, sorry. I'm sure I can find out. this has never been a problem before, just the last month....I haven't changed any settings that I know of...

Let me know if any other info is needed.

Thanks!!

I'm not able to replicate this issue. Does it work if you refresh the page?

Hi folks, it usually means that you are logging in at smugmug.com, then going to your custom domain and not refreshing the page, which sets the login cookie on your custom domain.

If this is not it, it then usually means you are not accepting cookies - if it persists then please write us at the help desk, we'll get you fixed up :D

I emailed the Help desk and they said it sounds like a browser problem and that its intermitten..comes and goes. Not much I can do about it, but eh, its okay, if I refresh the page or back out of my gallery and go back in, it works, just takes a little longer for me to do things, but its okay. thanks!
