DSS #34 - Last minute help please

Ok so this challenge had me stumped.
I have had only one idea that remotely worked so if I can have your thoughts on whether any of these are worth entering:

    I think it's perfectly doable concept...just work on the delivery of the concept as a whole and then the processing of your B&W too.

    For the challenge I say #3.
    Little muddy though--maybe add contrast.

    Would the image work more strongly with the frozen water next to an empty bottle of the same size/shape?

    I like the angle on 3, through the little flip of the tablecloth on the left is a little distracting from the clean lines of the image.

    Clever idea on the theme.
