Ospreys and herons

Some from this morning. Not much was out today, I think it is that time of year when the summer critters have gone south and the winter critters have not arrived yet. I was pleased to see an osprey hunting along the river.\

    #5 is the best one to me. Good pose for the bird, nice clean capture with the light hitting just right. I think you have a juvenile osprey here too because it has white streaks on its wing feathers.
