Problems uploading

Is there something going on with Smugmug tonight. I have had issues uploading for the past 3 hours. I have had 3 or 4 times where I have had to quit lightroom due to an issue uploading.

Had the same thing happen intermittently last Sunday and Monday and thought it was my connection but that isn't it.

I am using the lightroom plugin and it has been problematic the last week and a half.

Any ideas anyone?

And it's reporting everything as a-ok - guess it's me (not!)

Sigh - I guess I will try to upload my ~750 posts in the morning......

I am using Star Explorer and i cannot upload as well. Gets stuck and i have to use the task manager to quit the program. Have contacted the Support for Star Explorer and he has been very helpful and says it is not that program. Seems i am not the only one having problems. I have to upload a ton of client images as well. Hurry up Smug and fix the issue

Tristan -

I showed that link too and it was over when I was having the issue. A support hero said they aren't finding anything in the logs but it appears that it is a timeout issue while trying to upload as opposed to failing in the middle.

It may be you are just overloaded on Sunday nights as it worked this morning but just nit sure - especially with the other 2 links in here.

None of the online uploaders worked for me last night and send to smugmug had to be babysat. This morning it's all running smoothly.

This is definitely a night time issue. I have sent a note to the helpdesk and am willing to troubleshoot as necessary.

Please note that some ISPs are slower at night when everyone in your neighborhood is also online. This can be the nature of things unfortunately.

My problem is that I can upload but after about 10 - 15 images then it just hangs. I leave it going but no luck. I have to close the star manager down and restart the download. Happens all the time now

Understood but it seems fine to everywhere else.
