Really classy work, R, and you got a nice example of your signature two way with the window so you should be feeling chuffed!

Nice work Richard. This is the wrong picture to be looking at when you're hungry.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thanks, Neil and Tom. The two pics seemed to go together nicely--like good tapas. mwink.gif

I was expecting an actor with a big grin. :D

    I'll have some swiss, too!

Nice images, Richard! I especially like the light on the first one! thumb.gif

    Neat photos Richard. thumb.gif
I love European shops like these and how they display
what they have to offer. I would much rather go door to door... window
shop... buy from the owner... than go to Walmart USA.
Sometimes referred to as Wally World out my way. :D

Thanks for commenting, Michael. Walmart hasn't made it out this way yet, but there are similar monster box stores all over the suburbs. The old part of the city still retains some of its character, but rising rental costs and price competition from large corporate chains are making it harder and harder for the old family style businesses to survive. And there's actually a Starbucks right across the street from that cheese shop. Sigh. rolleyes1.gif

Um, I think you might have to go to a specialty store for that. Ironic, isn't it? rolleyes1.gifroflrolleyes1.gif

I was wondering about that Richard. Thanks for sharing. Really is too bad
loosing so much of the best of things to "its all about profit". Remember when
I came across the first McDonald's in Germany that I found. Just blew me
away. Very unexpected. Local talent had way much more to offer in every
way. Like really excellent food. :D
