Want to put Poll on site

I am wanting to do a photo of the week contest for our football pictures. I was looking into a website that offers free polls and generates codes for the polls. But, when I put it into the description, the poll shows up, but will not show the buttons to vote for the picture. I don't know how to fix it or if I can do it. Please help!! :dunno

No help?? I know someone knows if this can be done or not. The radio buttons are not showing up. Please help, or if you know a site that will generate a free poll and code. I need to get this done asap.

Do you have a link to the gallery where your trying to embed this code...and a link to where you got it from.
