I grabbed my helmet and headed out for a ride...
I decided I would ride a little dirt today.
I found a little Singletrack
Met some new friends
We got a little wet
We got a little hungry
Met some old friends
It was a whole bunch of rowdy fellas
We rode some more
Stumbled across a memorial
Climbed a steep mountain
Got lost
Stopped for gas
Got tired...decided to camp
...more riding in a bit

We climbed a Pass
We lost some bolts
Saw a big rock wall
Headed deep into the mountains
Appreciated the good things in life
Found a waterfall
Stood on top of the world
Looked down on Creation
Descended back towards civilization
Found a town
Left town quickly
Solitude is wonderful
Pondered life again
Appreciated where we had been
Got a flat
Found more vistas
Got more gas
Found traffic
Made it back home
I really felt connected

Thanks! That means a lot to me!
The wheel was fine after I put 3 new bolts in it!
Thanks!!
I wrote up a long trip report on my blog, but this is a photo site and should be about the photography telling the story, not always the words.
Looks like you had a great time! Do you have an aux tank under the seat too?
No fuel under the seat. My tank holds 3.4 gallons which is good for just over 150 miles. I can carry extra fuel in saddle bags, but my riding mate has the same range so we just try to plan fuel stops accordingly.
Great photo journal.

My wife says I have a problem. I have no idea what she is talking about...

I see a Rallye 690 in your future...
I'd love a Rallye 690!!
The only problem I see is I need a BIGGER garage!
Cool stuff.
The bike was punched out to 560cc and runs amazingly!
