BOY! am I Ticked

For the last three weeks I've not been able to connect the help desk, or up loaded my photos for the Daily's,up loading some 450 photos is a chore,I can get onto my site, but can't even bring photos,to see if anyone has seen them..Last word I had from the help desk said something about cookies.....no such luck....I'm ready to pull the plug,vistor's tell me they can't bring the photos up....I'm pulling out what little hair I have left:dunno HELP!!!!:bow
