My "golden" Douro river

Douro is the name one of one of the major rivers of the Iberian Peninsula.
It Flows from its source in the northern-central Spain through that country and Portugal to its outlet at my home town, Oporto. Its total length is about 900km.
In portuguese, Douro means something like "golden".
Well, I think that this picture does justice to its name. It was captured from the south margin (Gaia) trying to emphasize some of the most beautiful historical Oporto monuments:
