Steve Poizner, the California state insurance commissioner, is making a run at governor in 2010. I was lucky enough to shoot the event.

I am not normally thrilled with politicians but I must admit Steve impressed me as being a real person, with experience, integrity and a passion to do to a great job as governor.

For those of you not from California, Jerry Brown (AJKA Moon Beam) will most likely be the Democratic candidate running against Steve Poizner.
