Email sharing question

Recently I have had some problems with email sharing. I now have around 200 names in my share address list and have been trying to include as many as 75-100 names in each invitation. Then sending out two or three invitations so as to include most or all of the list. Twice now the server has appeared to hang when I do that, and then two or three copies of each invitation are sent out. I don't know if this is a smugmug or ISP problem. I am not quite sure how the invitations are routed since replies come back to me. Should I be investigating alternate ways to send the invitations or contenting myself with limiting the number of names on each invitation to twenty or thirty?
I send invites once or twice a month on the average I would guess.
Thanks for any insights or suggestions. I apologise if this has been previously discussed, but I couldn't find it.

it's difficult to know without further diagnostics and information but one alternative is to send the email out from your own email program. This will not go through SmugMug email servers at all. You can just copy and paste the link to the gallery you want to share into your own email application, address the email to as many recipients that you'd like, compose the email with the link and send it out that way.

    Thanks Tristan
It is nice to use the smugmug share as I have developed an address book there, and like the way the image goes accross. Problem happened to me again today on the 4th email I sent out - this time with 36 recipients. I get a server timeout message. I don't know who or how to send info so diagnostics can be traced. Thanks
