Images not showing up for client

Even though I am not completely done with my website I created a page http://www.loganmoorephotography.com/Clients/mcdaniel091003/9874331_AMdKZ

for a client. You can check it out if you want. The pass key is Addison.

My client was able to check out the page and view the pics just fine. She emailed the link and password to one of her family members to check out but it didn't work for them. It accepted the password but it took her to the same page minus the pictures. It just had the banner and the nav bar at the top on a black screen with no pics underneath.

Any ideas what would have caused this? Without traveling 3 states to check their computer I can't very well tell what went wrong.
Could it be internet connection? Maybe slow and the pics just hadn't shown up yet?
Firewall?? probably not but I don't know.
Can more than one computer look at the password protected gallery at the same time?

I didn't change anything on the site. Not sure what to tell her.
