Why does my Gallery theme keep messing up?

I am a newcomer to SmugMug. I have a few galleries up, and they all use the default theme, if memory serves. As I understand it, the thumbs are to appear on the left side of the monitor, and a large photo should appear on the right hand side. That's usually as it appears, and that's what I like.

However, about 1/3 of the time when I log on, my galleries appear with the thumbs on top, and the large picture below, where half of it is cut off from view. Later, it will be back as normal. To my knowledge, I am not making changes which would make this happen; it just "does."

Why is that, and how do I prevent it from happening? It's quite frustrating. Thanks!

Hi, in your browser, set you zoom to default - view>zoom>reset

I'm on Safari 4.03. There is no view>zoom>reset control I can find. On the bar atop the browser I have a tool giving me the ability to change the size of the font from larger to smaller and vice versa. In the View menu I can zoom in and out but not reset.

That said, neither of these options seem to have any impact on whether the large photo appears on the right of the thumbs (as it should) or directly below (as it shouldn't). This morning, the large photo is directly below the thumbs. Changing the zoom up or down has no effect.

    Any other suggestions?

cmd-minus (zoom out) till you're back to normal and the photo will appear on the right. If that does not work, please give us your site, so we can see for ourselves :)

I've tried that, and it doesn't work. Again, this doesn't happen every day or every time I log on, but it does happen a few times a week.

    My site is at http://digitalgee.smugmug.com/

    Thanks!
