The L.A. Shooters held it's semi monthly shoot out at the old race track during the morning practice. Mainly to practice panning. I used my 135mm f2L and 400mm f5.6L sometimes going as slow as 1/30 secs to blur out the background.

    As a long-time sport shooter, the tilt is something I can't get my "I like it" around, but artistically it works.

    For me, #2 would be an outstanding image is level. ~ others may prefer the tilt...

    Randy, I hear you about the tilt. After a while, I get bored of the horizontal bars so I add a little tilt so the horses look like they are running up a hill.
