It was a pleasure to finaly be able to meet some of you last weekend during the shootout up here in Maine. On Saturday I had the oppertunity to take one of the Biplane rides over Mount Desert Island. I was able to get some decent stuff, but I think I am going to have to try this again on a slightly less blustery day.:wink I hope they found you all some whales that afternoon. :dunno

It was great meeting you Peter. I wouldn't have been up in that plane in that wind - so kudos to you and nice shots too!

Thanks, there were some bumpy spots, and many blurry shots due to the wind, but all in all a great time, next time early in the morning with less wind.:D

Open cockpit biplanes are always so much fun!

Looks like you had a great time.

I think I prefer the one to Fort Jefferson from Key West. I'm sure it is warmer, anyway.
