Nice lighting and balance of ami and flash.

But are you sure #3 is for the ladies? That pose tends to work better on women in my opinion.

I'd also say the same with the posing on 6 and 7. Guys generally don't look their best with a hand on the hip unless they have a sport coat or something draped over the arm.

Just an idea, but I'd like to see more with the guy looking off camera. Check out a men's style magazine for ideas. The posing and styling here just seems a little, well, like you're trying to appeal to certain types of guys, not the ladies. Normally I wouldn't comment on that but based on your post title, it looks like you're going for something different. In real life, most straight guys tend to be a bit dirty and a bit rougher and not quite so smooth and polished up.

Just my two cents anyway.

Pete, thank you for the tips! I have not shot that many guys before. ! Mostly women. The ladies I have shown the images to loved them though.
