Making the New Journal Clickable to Lightroom

I'm curious if it's possible to make the new Journal Layout clickable to view photos larger and individually? I've tried searching and haven't found the answer, so I apologize if it's already out there somewhere.

It's been requested many times in the past for photos to open in lightbox for
thumbnail, traditional, journal old and now add journal new style galleries.
