co-worker needed a fast headshot but I am at work and don't have any PP SW here. Could I get a quick curves, contrast, focus, color edits? That would be great.

Would love to help but I'm also at my office ... and while I do have PP software, I don't have a calibrated monitor so I would not even attempt it.

It looks nice..except perhaps a bit over sharpened? haha..skin looks a bit textury. Could you take eanother stab and maybe smooth the skin a bit?

I can run this through portraiture if this doesn't work. I smoothed and sharpened in LR here. Her mascara sharpens very fast....
