Uploading Video?

Anyone else having problems uploading video? I'm uploading a format that I have uploaded before and nothing seems to show up. I contacted support and they said "We discovered a technical issue with videos uploads." I didn't notice any other threads on this issue...I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem:

- Simple uploader
- Video in m4v format
- Nothing showing up after upload
- No errors on upload

I am having the same issues. That's why I came here but like you, could not find anything on it.

Is the video under 600mb and under 10mins? http://www.smugmug.com/help/upload-photos

My problems went away after about a day.

The support person said that they would contact me so I would know that the problem was fixed and could upload video again. They never did, but I just tried again after a day (same files) and they worked. (also tried several times in between and they failed)

I apologize that you did not receive my reply!

You are correct, the issue was fixed by our engineers later that day.

it's deff under 10 mins and only 8.88MB.
