Red Tree

I came across a tree today that was not merely red but bright flaming red. This is pretty much its actual color, aside from a slight saturation boost.

    Really nice natural color and the composition is right there. thumb.gif
    The out of focus area foreground bottom right I am wondering about
    for works or not. Personally I would have it all foreground sharp and
    background fading out of focus. But that just me. :D

    Looks like a Japanese Maple to me, but I could be wrong. They have such a beautiul red color. You showed off the red really well thumb.gif

    I searched on Google Images for "japanese maple" and got some trees that look a lot like this one, so you're probably right.
