Website and WebGalleries to organise a Contest

Hi Evryone

I would like to organize a Photo Contest at work and wonder if there is any web or on-line galleries providing the monitoring of votes on line. I am Smugmug fan but unless I have missed something I do not think that smug gives such a possibility (e.g Who's vote monitoring, redundant votes, ...)
