I have a client stuck on buy prompt.....

I don't even know how to address this one ...

I have a client, who wants to buy some photos.
Every time they click the buy button they get stuck for minutes and wont go to the next page.

I checked on both vista and mac on my end ...I'm good.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
