We took a walk this last Saturday and this is one of the pics I took. Thanks for looking and comments welcomed.
I was using my Sony a700 and Sony 18-250 lens.

Very nice, Ron! The only thing I would change about this is to crop the bottom up just a little bit more to just get the cattails. thumb.gif

Thanks schmoo. I hope that someday I figure out composition better!! Is this what you are talking about? I had wondered if that may be better.

    Thanks, Ron

Ron, that's exactly what I had in mind! I like it better, myself but of course you're the artist. :D

I am interested in others opinions also as to which one they like better, or at all.

    Thanks, Ron

I prefer the cropped version as well. Nice shot!

Exquisite capture Ron. They are both great, but I actually prefer your original (but what do I know). clap.gifclap.gif

I like them both very much. However, if I had to vote, I would choose the cropped version. By the way, where is this? You definately have a very nice place to take a walk!thumb.gif

I like them both a lot Ron, but think that I lean towards the cropped version.

Was this an HDR shot or one shot? Very well done imho.

Great shot with beautiful light, Ron! I like the cropped version even more! :D
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
