Can't replace pics on order.

I received an order for 4 prints. 3 - 4x6's and 1 - 16x20. All are of the same photo. The 4x6's are different finishes, 1 matte, 1 glossy, and 1 lustre. I replaced the 1st picture in the order with no problems. I have been unable to replace the image for the other 3. I get the error saying there was a problem replacing the picture. The order # is 1214575. Any suggestions would help. If the order has numerous products with the same image, do I only need to upload 1 replacement?
