I'm marketing some original images through Smugmug for sale. If I were to sell an image to a client across the country and wanted Bay Photo to print and ship that image directly to them, I have a couple questions.

1. Is there a way to figure out how much shipping would be prior to ordering it?

2. Is there a way to know when the product was shipped to the client?

3. If I take a mail order sale, can I use my personal credit card to pay for that order, and the customers address to ship it to, or does the address associated with the credit card have to be the shipping address?

2- Shipping status of customer orders is available on the Pro Sales page as well as the individual Order page. However, if you order them with your account, as a pro, your order will not show up but you will be notified at the email address you supply (on the order) when it ships.

3- Yes, shipping can be to your customer and doesn't have to be the billing address. A plus is also that no receipt with pricing shows up with the order.
