D3 and 85mm focus issues?

Hey all. Have been using my D3 with and 85mm 1.8 for a few months and up until the last few days has been tack sharp. Now many pictures appear soft. Could there be a setting, lever, button or something that has gotten jiggled that would cause that? Not really happening as much with the other lenses and is also more apparent with a higher ISO. I haven't changed shooting style. Any ideas?

Links to full-sized examples with full EXIF would be awfully helpful.

I would also find another body to test the 85 on... and see if you can duplicate the problem. This will help to tell if it's a lens or a body problem.
