hi! this is my first attempt of doing a photoshoot with a "model". these are photos of my friend Tanika i took a couple of weeks ago. critique welcome.
2...is by far the best. Did she purposely let her left strap fall? If she or you did, that does not go with her expression....Maybe you could tune the light down a bit?
Did you get a DSLR yet?

Eye contact is usually, but not always a good thing. Compare the viewer's involvment in #4 with the others.
I like how, in #1, you've pretty much followed the "rule", "If it bends, bend it," even to the point of the tilted line of the shoulders. I think #1 would have been improved by turning her about 45° to her right and then lifting her left knee rather than her right .... maybe?
Love the eye contact in #4. Moving the hair from her left eye would have increased this .... but that's a taste thing. This is a fun shot. Do you know what caused the perspective distortion? Was it done intentionally?
2 is best pose and color IMO.
The perspective on 4 is a bit too much for my taste, but it may be what you wanted. The skin tones are bit blue here, warm it up, you may like it more.
