The "wapato" of Lewis and Clark

This is a variety of Arrowhead, one of the Water Plantains, I got to place in My frog pond. I have not found a specific I.D., or source, but it is gorgeous, and the frog loves it for the bugs the flowers attract. It grows from an edible tuber, tastes like "taters" but better.
