Sometimes it all comes together. Elizabeth showed up for her shoot with this dress. Less than a block away was a nice spot I had been eyeballing with a bunch of yellow leaves. She literally is lying on a curb in front of a house. Nothing fancy-- just a little luck (it wasn't raining) and enough skill to make the most of my luck. :D

    Good Googly Mook....she's a stunner! I wish her right hand was either completely out of the frame or her left one in. The color in this is SUPERB! thumb.gif

    Well I did shoot some looser shoots but liked the cropped one more. I'll keep working on my posing direction and composition. Thanks for your comment.

    Delicious, that's the word that comes to mind. The colors and light are right on, and of course the model is beautiful. I agree that the tighter crop is stronger, but if there is any way to have a tight crop that includes her fingers, it would be perfect.

    Thank you for the comments, everyone. Tried a similar shoot today and it turned out 180 degrees different. Fall really is a great time for exploring color though!
