Thank You Emails?

Do any of you send follow up emails to your customers when they purchase photos?


I had a lady asking me about when a certain photo was going to be posted so i just let her know i'd email her when it was posted. She really thought that was great service so it got me thinking maybe i should do something like a follow up email to thank them for buying photos.

Oh also, do you send anything to your wedding customers like for a year anniversary?

    Hey Thanks for the link!

    Having coupons would be one of those things to come in handy when sending thank you's.

    I always send thank you emails if they order anything outside of the package.

    As for anniversaries.. well it's my first year in weddings so I haven't passed one yet =) But most of my wedding clients get lifetime discounts on future products
