Scenes fro the CS4 Weird Zone - Need Suggestions

Hi all,

Here's one for the strange file.

I recently went to Win 7 on an upgraded machine. I installed CS4 and it did install bot 64 bit and 32 bit versions.

I'm using the 32 bit version a lot since I only have 4 MB RAM and it will rune some legacy filters that won't run in 64 bit (like Xeroset, which I love).

Now the issue: Some of the normal CS4 filters, ie Liquify are present in the 64 bit version but missing in the 32 bit version. Not grayed out, flat out gone. I tried copying the Liquify 8bf file from the 64 bit to the 32 bit Filters folder but no dice.

The Adobe help site is essentially useless so I'm coming here for suggestions. Anybody got one?

Thanks.

Hey, I'm running Win7 32-bit and PS CS4 here, and I can see the Liquify filter. I wonder if your install got botched somehow. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling CS4?

    Hey Nick,

We're backwards. I'm running Win 7 64 bit but trying to use CS4 32 bit to keep my other filters.

Liquify shows up in CS4 64 bit but not in 32 bit.
