Barely a waterfall at Monte Sano State Park near Huntsville, AL.
For the "whiteout" at the top, How do I convert that to blue sky?

Wow it does look dry. Does this place get more water in the spring, I hope?

For the sky it looks completely blown out and there might not be any data in there to recover, even if you shot this in RAW and are using a powerful editor. You may be best off in this situation just taking two separate exposures and then dropping the blue sky into that space.
