Search Issue?

Is there a problem with the SmugMug search engine. It returns matching galleries, but not matching images.

I first noticed it on my sites custom search. I then shut down my browser, opened a new session and accessed the SmugMug home page. I tried several searches there all with the same result -- matching galleries, NO matching images.

Am I doing something wrong or is there actually a problem?

I used the search box in the upper right hand corner of the SmugMug home page www.smugmug.com.

It doesn't make any difference what I put in. I tried sunset, wildlife, wildflower, cars, shrimp...

The search results used to include a sections for matching keywords, users, galleries, and images. If there were no matches, it would state that. The section for images is missing. Has it been redesigned? I would think matching images would be the most important section.

I'm seeing the same thing on my sites custom search, that's what lead me to try the SmugMug search.
