Not getting thread subscription notofications

For months I have not been getting notification of threads/post on the dgin boards. I think have my options set correctly (?) for me to get instant email notification but it's not happening. Is there something wrong with this feature?

It's not showing up in Spam. Email provider is bellsouth.net. Mail gets downloaded to outlook and is fetched by gmail with a copy staying resident on the bellsouth server. I don't think it is getting delivered; it's not anywhere on the server.

Are you not getting notifications at all, or is it an intermittent problem?

I am not getting any notifications. They are nowhere to be found on the bellsouth server (remember from previous post that I always keep a copy on the server). I used to get them and I don't know if this is at all relevant, but if someone leaves a comment or signs my smugmug site guestbook, I get those. But I have not received email notifications of posts in months.
