Sync keywords between two photo sets (same subject, different POV's)

I need to copy the keywords from one set of images to the other. Identical file names for both sets, just different cameras with the same subject. I have tagged the first set and just need to copy everything in sequence to the second. Any ideas?

I'll get whatever software I need. Currently, I have LR2 and PS on OSX Snow Leopard.

I use Downloader Pro for adding tags, and iptc data when you copy your files from your flashcard to your computer.
