Stumped on Where to Find Breathing Color Profiles

I ordered a selection of Breathing Color papers the other day. Since then, I have put several hours into searching for profiles. The Breathing Color site assures me that profiles are available for all their papers and canvases, but I can find only the canvas profiles.
I have put in a trouble ticket to Breathing Color on this, and have called them, but no response yet.
Has anyone used Breathing Color papers? If so, where did you find your profiles?
And, to express a little of my frustration so far, I have to ask if anyone else has had this disappointing experience with BC? I want to like their products, but so far their service leaves something to be desired.

I spoke a bit too soon about Breathing Color's tech support. Today I got a helpful call and follow-up emails from them, along with most of the profiles I need.
They came through, and so I wanted to be sure to set the record straight.
