Hello Landscape forum. New here...don't do many landscapes, mostly portraits so I hang out in weddings and people.... but am entering a competition and can put in 4 prints and didn't want to do all portraits. So worked on this photo that I had taken on July 4th. It's kind of impressionist (not quite sure what I did to make it that way! ) Anyway..couldn't make the crop of the bridge work right with the required 16x20 size so I came up with this. What do you think? Competition worthy for a non landscaper?

The composition is nice. But it doesn't appear very sharp. The moon has an odd halo and the lights on the bridge (especially the red and green) appear ... too.. solid? They don't look like lights if you get my meaning.
