order forms for albums?

Would any of you who use GraphiStudio be willing to share how you present the options/ordering info to clients? I think the forms supplied by Graphi are pretty complex, especially considering the many options that are just not popular with US brides (vs. European, I presume)

I dunno, it seems very complex. Most of that stuff the Bride will have no clue about unless you have multiple examples to show. I think the base of it would be good, but the stuff that you fill out - I wouldn't show them. I know how to modify that exact form if you ever need it.
