A little homage to my boys--THE NEW YORK YANKEES!!!! Wahooooooooo.

Combined my favorite holiday with my favorite team of all time.

Enjoy--My son Jacob (7 yo) helped with the carving, my daughter (2) scooped the seeds, my husband roasted the seeds--and we are all sitting down now to watch the game---good evening all.

    Hey Liz,

Now that's an arresting picture!! Realy well conceived and executed. Very creative.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I used a stencil--the hard part was convincing my son (the owner of the pumpkin) that it would be great to have a yankees baseball cap on his pumpkin. Sadly he's a Mets fan.

    Thanks Tom-
I actually did have to work with exposure setting quite a bit so the lights wouldn't be blown out in the complete dark. The exposure was set at -20/10EV.

Also FYI for anyone--this was shot with a lensbaby--it is my fastest lens by far and great in low light conditions--it kicks my kit lenses butt (in low light).

Cool processing. Are you expecting them to go down in flames, or just get on a hot streak?

BITE YOUR TONGUE! on the down in flames remark.

Hot streak is better :D .

FYI--SOOC, no PP at all. Just me and my lensbaby.

Thanks for looking and commenting Andrew.
